The Golden Rules of Bud CBD
NO HIDDEN COSTS: All of the prices show on our website include vat and shipping costs, so you wont have any nasty surprises when you get to the checkout. What you see is what you pay!
SAME DAY DISPATCH: All CBD products include first class postage. Monday to Friday, if your order is received before 14:30pm it will be packed and dispatched that same day.
DISCREET PACKAGING: For users new to the cannabis or hemp industry, it can be easy to mistake CBD for THC, particularly when it comes to CBD and THC buds and they both have very similar properties from an appearance perspective.
ENVIRONMENTALLY PACKAGING: Our packaging has been carefully considered. It would be easy for us to follow the heard and stick our CBD products in bulky one use plastic containers and bags, we do not roll like that!

|Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm||£5.95||Guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next day if ordered before the cut-off time. Cut-off time is 3pm on weekdays and 11am on Saturdays. If you order after the cut-off on a Friday then your order will be delivered on Monday. If you order after the cut-off on a Saturday then your order will be delivered on Tuesday. We'll refund the full delivery cost if your order isn't delivered on time|

Where customers select next day delivery option orders are dispatched using a signed and tracked service with the expected delivery time of 1-2 days.
All international orders will be sent by Airmail Signature and Tracked service. Delivery times can vary according to destination and can be from 3 – 20 days.
There is no shipment on Saturday or Sundays.
Bud CBD does not take responsibility for fees due to custom and excise, importation delays or any other customs related problems.
Bud CBD endeavors to dispatch all orders promptly but we are not responsible for delivery times.
In case an order has been delivered with incorrect items Bud CBD will endeavor to correct the mistake quickly as long as the customer notifies Bud CBD about the mistake within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. The customer will ensure that the incorrect items are NOT opened. If the customer opens the incorrect item (assuming the item has been labeled clearly and does not match the order) this will deem that the customer has accepted the item in place of the incorrect item. Any item being replaced will be dispatched with Royal Mail "Signed For" service at no cost to the customer.
